Kyle White is a member of the Oglala Sioux Tribe. He was born on the Pine Ridge Reservation to Blake and Verine (Cedar Face) White and comes from the Ite akan hante egnakapi (Cedar Face) Tiyospaye.

Adam Lake

Adam Lake is the Head of Climate Week at the Climate Group. Every year Climate Week NYC brings together international leaders from the worlds of business, government and the sector to speed up climate action, taking place annually to coincide with the United Nations General Assembly. He is former columnist, political editor and interim editor for Pinknews, Europe’s largest LGBT+ news outlet, a current Trustee for the Lewisham Refugees and Migrants Network and recently joined the Board of Directors at Stonewall, a leading international LGBT+ charity. Prior to this, Adam served as European Head of Communications for the International Rescue to support their global communications strategy.

Ena Coleman

Ena Coleman is a community builder, writer, motivational speaker, social strategist & digital manager who thrives on supporting dynamic organizations, with an emphasis on women of color led initiatives, by helping them present the human side of their brand to their digital audience. At the end of a 20 year-long career as a supply chain specialist Ena seized an opportunity beyond her corporate scope,and took the leap into the world of online community management, & social media marketing, working on major political campaigns and with social justice nonprofits all centering women of color. This same path led her to The Solutions Project.

Marlo Tablante

Marlo joined the Sustainability Team at Facebook in November of 2020 to lead positioning and transparency. In this role, she focuses on strengthening Facebook’s sustainability reporting, narrative and stakeholder engagement. Prior to joining Facebook, Marlo led Strategy and Communications for Sustainability at Ascena Retail Group and at H&M in the U.S. Marlo also spent time as Vice President of Corporate Engagement at Goldman Sachs. Marlo has her Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University and lives in Brooklyn, NY with her dog and husband. She is currently in search of the best soft serve ice cream in NYC.

KaVonda Kelley: Moderator

KaVonda Kelley is a Business Education Training Coordinator for North America, based in Atlanta. For several years, she coordinated training events and program operations with various organizations. She enjoys reading, traveling, creating new music playlists, trying out new recipes, checking out new restaurants and art exhibitions with friends
